1. How do I apply for a job if I would like to work at Jaya Grocer outlets?
There are a few channels which you can apply from namely:
- a. Our career website (here – to put the link of the career website/apply job page)
- b. Walk-in to our nearest stores/outlets around your area (Everyday, 10AM-6PM)
- c. We have walk-in interviews in our HQ every Tuesday & Wednesday (except for Public Holidays).
- d. We have walk-in interviews in our Distribution Centre (Kota Damansara) every Tuesday & Wednesday (except for Public Holidays).
2. Can I apply for more than one position at a time?
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions.
3. How will I know if my application has been received?
Once you have completed filling up the application form, you will receive a notification stating that your application has been received and will be reviewed by our respective recruiters.
4. What is the turnaround time for your team to reach out to me once I have applied?
It will take about 3 -7 working days for our team to reach out to you, however shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
5. Will you let me know if you are not moving forward with my application?
We’ll keep you informed about the progress of your application if our recruiters have reached out to you for an interview. From there, we will let you know whether or not we are proceeding with your application.
6. Do you offer internship opportunities for JG Headquarters? If yes, what are the requirements?
Yes, we do. The requirements are firstly, your internship period has to be at least 3 months & secondly, you must still be studying while applying for this internship.
7. What about internship opportunities for the operations side?
Internship for operations’ side is only when it is required.
8. Do you provide on the job training once I have joined the company?
Yes, we offer on-the-job training for a duration of one month once you’ve joined the company.
